Order and delivery terms
Metsatuvanhunajaa.fi (Alotin North Oy) sells products to businesses and adult private individuals in Finland. These delivery terms apply to ordering products from our online store as well as to similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 7.01.2025. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms each time before you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented alongside each product's product presentation. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the relevant prices in your shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include value-added tax.
Delivery costs
Any delivery charges that may be incurred for the order will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery charges for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the current terms of delivery. You understand that the order you accept and we confirm is binding, except as later stated regarding the right of cancellation, and creates a contract between us under these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
As the payment intermediary and payment service provider, Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier primarily.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
Delivery method
We will deliver your order through Post's services.
Delivery time
We will deliver the products for postal transport within 1-3 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from them.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer customer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and well packed for return.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred from returning the product. The shipment must have a tracking number.
When returning the delivered order, please include your name and contact information. The money will be refunded according to the payment method used.
We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment inspection, defects, and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not match your order or is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. voimainen@metsatuvanhunaja.fi, and we will agree on how to fix the error.
